A non-refundable deposit/booking fee is due upon booking & the remainder in cash on the day. By sending the deposit/ booking fee you are in agreement of the my terms and conditions.
Please disclose any medical / skin conditions or medication AT THE TIME OF BOOKING IN THE NOTES as this could effect your treatment ( you must let us know straight away if anything changes, inc getting a cold sore or trauma to the area) and please let me know if you are pregnant or find out that you are pregnant prior to a treatment please let us know immediately, if we can't go ahead with your treatment because of anything undisclosed your deposit/booking fee will be lost.
If you need to reschedule your appointment you must do so 48 hours before your appointment otherwise your deposit / booking fee will be lost. Payment must be made before the treatment / when filling out the consultation card (this is due to a few scammers going round at the moment who are leaving without paying)
Please arrive ontime if you are 15 mins late I may need to cancel with no redunds of booking fee. If you are having any aesthetic treatments done then children can not come nor can a chaperone unless discussed prior.
If you look under the age of 25 you will be asked for photo identification so please bring this with you to your appointment. You will be turned away if this cannot be provided & your deposit/booking fee will be lost. All injectable treatments are 18+
All treatments are non refundable but are fixable so please let me know if you have any issues and so I can resolve
